QMA Stars
At Queen Mary Avenue Infant and Nursery School the children are encouraged to collect their stickers and stars which they earn for good work, good behaviour and other incentives. They put their stickers and stars on to a Star Chart which progress in steps of 30. Once they have completed their first chart the children visit Mrs Williams to recieve a certificate and the next chart. Once the children have completed their 420 Star Chart, they begin to receive prizes aswell as their certificate. These children are also rewarded by being presented with their certificate and prize in our weekly Star Parade, and also having their photograph displayed on the ‘QMA Stars’ board for all the children, Teachers and visitors to see.
Progression of Star Charts:
30, 60, 90, 120, 150, 180, 210, 240, 270, 300, 330, 360, 390, 420, Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Super Stars.
